FAQ

At Dolwyn Bikes, we offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty on the frame of our bicycles. Additionally, there is a 6-month manufacturing warranty on rigid and suspension forks. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further details and exclusions.

Our warranty does not cover the paint job on our bicycles. Also, it’s important to note that neon colors, in particular, may fade if exposed to direct sunlight over time. We recommend taking extra care to protect your bike from prolonged sun exposure.

The suitable MTB size depends on your height. As a general guideline, we recommend a 26″ MTB for individuals who are 5 feet and above, a 27.5″ MTB for those above 5.5 feet, and a 29″ MTB for individuals taller than 5.10 feet. However, we also encourage you to test-ride different sizes and consult with our authorized dealers for a proper bike fit.

In case of any issues or queries, we recommend reaching out to the nearest authorized Dolwyn Bikes dealer. They are trained to provide assistance and address any concerns you may have. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you.

No, we do not sell our bicycles online. Dolwyn bikes are exclusively available at authorized Dolwyn Bikes dealers. We believe in providing a personalized and enriching experience for our customers, guiding them through the selection process, and ensuring they receive the best advice and support.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Dolwyn bike, we recommend getting it checked and serviced at authorized dealers every 3 months. Our dealers have access to genuine spare parts and are equipped to provide the best service and maintenance for our bicycles.

Non-gear bicycles have a single mode, meaning they don’t have multiple gear options. On the other hand, geared bicycles come with different modes or gears that can be adjusted according to the terrain and road conditions. Gears allow riders to adapt their pedaling effort and speed, providing better control and efficiency during uphill climbs or varied terrains.
